1. Purpose
This page summarizes our active certifications, operator credentials, and compliance standards, followed by our formal Licensing & Certifications Policy. The professional licenses, certifications, and regulatory compliance standards maintained by Premier Lifting Services, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to legally operate heavy lifting, rigging, and crane services within the State of Florida and any other applicable jurisdictions.2. Licensing Compliance
- Premier Lifting Services, LLC holds all required business and trade licenses necessary to perform heavy lifting, rigging, and crane operations in Florida.
- All licenses are kept current and renewed in accordance with state and local regulations.
- Copies of active licenses are available to clients upon request.
3. Operator Certification Requirements
- All crane and heavy equipment operators employed or contracted by the Company are required to hold valid NCCCO (National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators) or equivalent certifications.
- Operators must maintain certifications in good standing, including any continuing education or renewal requirements.
- All rigging personnel must be trained and certified in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Subpart CC and other relevant industry standards.
- All operators and riggers maintain current certifications and refresher training; records are available to clients upon request.
4. Insurance Requirements
- Premier Lifting Services, LLC maintains comprehensive General Liability Insurance, Workers’ Compensation, and Equipment Insurance coverage.
- Proof of insurance can be provided to clients upon request before project commencement.
- Certificates of Insurance can be issued same-day to add your company as certificate holder
5. Permit Responsibilities
- The Company will advise the Client of any permits required for lifting, rigging, or transport activities.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, it is the Client’s responsibility to secure necessary permits before work begins.
- If contracted to do so, the Company will obtain required permits and include related costs in the project estimate.
6. Safety Compliance
- All lifting operations are conducted in compliance with OSHA, ASME, and state/local safety regulations.
- Equipment is inspected regularly and maintained according to manufacturer and regulatory guidelines.
- The Company reserves the right to halt operations if site or load conditions are deemed unsafe.
- Daily pre-lift inspections and JSA/Job Briefings documented; stop-work authority enforced.
7. Misuse of License Prohibition
- No client, subcontractor, or third party may use the Company’s name, licensing information, or certifications without prior written consent.
- Any unauthorized use will be subject to legal action.
8. Updates to Policy
- This Licensing Policy may be updated at any time to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or company procedures.
- The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request.
